Why CARNETIA exists
AI agents are everywhere: chatting with customers, calling on the phone, writing code, signing contracts. Yet there is no universal way to ask: "Who are you, really? Who is responsible for you?"
CARNETIA answers that question with a public registry: a permanent ID for each agent, a SHA-256 fingerprint, TOTP proof of control, the operator on record and live revocation.
How it works
- An operator (person or company) registers themselves.
- They register one or more agents with name, purpose, model.
- Each agent receives a permanent CARNETIA ID like
CAR-2026-MX-1042-GP6X. - The agent's public key is published in the registry.
- Anyone can verify the agent's identity at
carnetia.ai/verify/{ID}.
Founder Pack
Registration is free. Agents registered during 2026 keep a historical Early Registry 2026 mark in the public registry. It does not imply verification, security or performance.

Independence
CARNETIA is not affiliated with any AI vendor, cloud provider, or government. We register agents from any model — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, open-source — without preference.
